Vitassium Extra Strength for POTS: Why they’re my go-to!

If you have POTS, you know the drill. "Eat more salt. Drink more water." Actually doing that every day is SO much harder than it sounds!

I’ve tried what feels like every electrolyte product out there, but my go-to heavy hitter is the Vitassium Extra Strength.

The best part is, it’s made for POTS!

Most electrolyte products are designed for runners and gym-goers. Vitassium was made specifically for people with POTS, EDS, and dysautonomia.

The Extra Strength version (cause I don’t mess around) gives me 750 mg of sodium and 100 mg of potassium per serving (2 capsules). Fewer pills is a win in my book!

It’s gluten free too! Also non-GMO, vegan, and free of the top 9 allergens (wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, nuts, etc.). No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

And finally, it doesn’t hurt my tummy! I have a sensitive stomach. I have to be careful with salt tablets cause they can make nauseous!

Vitassium uses buffered electrolytes specifically designed to be gentle. I've taken them on an empty stomach with zero issues.

How I Take It (at minimum)

· Morning: 2 capsules with a big glass of water

· Afternoon: 2 more with lunch

· Before activity: 1 extra if I'm exercising

If you have POTS, or any kind of dysautonomia, these are worth trying!

No taste. No mixing. No nausea.
